The following report was written in response to the Harvard Business Review Case Study: IKEA Invades America. The report was completed in a Strategic Marketing Course and includes situation analysis, problem/opportunity definition, alternative solutions, decision making criteria, and a recommended solution. Coca-Cola Research Project
In this project consumer preferences were compared between Coca-Cola Classic, Diet Coke, and Coke Zero. 113 surveys were conducted to determine the most important factor when facing a buying decision. Those choices were taste, packaging, and calorie count. The project was completed in a Marketing Research class and demonstrates ability to record and analyze data. PDF Link
Bring Back the Brand
The purpose of this project was to select a "tired brand" or "expired brand" and bring it back to life. Analysis was done on why the brand failed as well as a new marketing plan for a re-launch. In this case the childhood game "Skip-it" was brought back and integrated as a Nintendo Wii game. The launch included a total re-branding as well as an educational program for schools. PowerPoint Link
